- Answer customer queries on all sorts of order related queries through means of emails, messages and phone calls.
- Follow through the entire order cycle from the moment an order is made to the final delivery.
- Facilitate root cause investigation and follow through on corrective actions

- Has to have EXCELLENT communication skills (perfect verbal and written English and spoken Marathi and Hindi)
- Has a valid 4 wheeler driving license and can drive
- Has extensive and in-depth knowledge of knowledge of automobiles, including technical details

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, developing and implementing sales strategies (Product sales and Service Sales)
- Cultivating the company’s reputation in the market, creating awareness about Auto-Mate India’s Products.
- Responsible for helping the customers to fulfill all their queries satisfactorily.
- Responsible for maintaining high quality service to clients.
- Monitoring the delivery schedules, preparing regular reports and updates.
- Ensuring superior customer service levels and higher customer satisfaction.
- Organizing and participating in Exhibitions
- 24/7 availability over phone, including weekends – THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT
